We went back and forth on putting this product in our back yard and now we wish we would have done it sooner! Best money ever spent and now instead of dirt we have a lawn. We tired every type of grass possible and it would not grow in our back yard. We have one big dog and she too is enjoying the new lawn! We had SYNlawn Chesapeake Bay put our product in and it was so worth the money for install. There is a lot to the process and so much before work to make sure it will last. They were so helpful, professional and the whole process was very easy on our end. We highly recommend using them if you are think about buying this product. We are in the middle of winter and have amazing wonderful green grass and not mud!! LOVE IT!!

SYNLawn is a fantastic vendor. I have purchased artificial grass from them on several TV productions including ABC's The Black Box and on multiple season's of HBO's Girls. We have extremely high standards in TV production; the grass needs to look realistic- even on HD. SYNLawn's product is outstanding and their customer service is the best out there. Anastasia, the owner, is personable and will jump through hoops to accommodate your timeline. I can't recommend SYNLawn highly enough. If you need artificial grass, this is your vendor.

We chose this product because of a 400 sq foot area next to our pool that was too shady to grow grass. On top of that - our dog made a mess of it every time she came out of the pool soaking wet. It was a mud pit. The installation went well and the product has worked beautifully. Despite tropical rainstorms the area drains completely. One of our biggest concerns was developing a urine smell but we haven't noticed that either. When lawn furniture is moved the grass bounces up again nicely. The only chore is that I now need to regularly blow the area to prevent accumulation of leaves - but that is a nice trade off for a clean and dry space!

We had SYnlawn put in a rounded rectangle of grass with a paver border this month. It was overall a great experience Katie Snead came out and showed us samples of grass that works well with pets, measured, and answered all questions we had then and later. The installers: William, Poncho, and Mario did a wonderful job. The only reason we gave them four is we had a hiccup of the company putting the wrong infill in, but they were great and came back in and change the infill to the correct within the week. Overall the dogs love the grass and it looks great. I definitely would recommend this company.

I haven't quit saying great things about this product since it's install, 6 months ago. First, this is quite possibly the best investment I have made for the amount of use it gets. It's expensive BUT the reward is beyond the price and I'll happily pay the future bills related to it because 1. The dogs are clean, through rain and shine, and thus the house is clean. 2. there is a psychological effect to an inviting yard, like an inviting room and we ALL use this yard now. Last year no one would touch the yard. Now the neighborhood kids flock to it and my video game daughter PLAYS in it. I even find myself eating lunch out there and sitting on the swing on nice evenings with my daughter out there.

I had multiple companies come out and quote our back yard for turf. They were very competitive and with their coupon you just couldn't beat the price. The sales rep was wonderful and I didn't feel like I was getting a high pressure sales job when I went in the showroom. Install crew was great and they got it done in 2 days. I would highly recommend them. We had one small thing I called about after the install and they were back out there within a couple of days to fix and all is great! They stand by their product.

Wow, there is so much to love about this turf style. We use it throughout multiple vacation home rental properties and couldn't be happier with the overall look, lack of maintenance needed and overall cost of upkeep savings. My wife and I did our due diligence and exhausted every synthetic turf dealer in our area. Time and time again we came back to SynLawn and the Augustine X47 product. Simply put, this is the best looking and best quality turf we found. Yes, it was a bit more than some of the competitors, but for something like this, we didn't want to "settle" for anything less than the best. The end result is a beautiful lawn and landscape we can be proud of and we tell everyone to check it out.

We went to all the hardware stores and looked at the turf offerings there, but nothing even came close to the quality of the SynAugustine product. We picked the X47 because it was the best looking and softest turf we found. We were also concerned about safety for our kids and pets and can rest assured we picked the right turf thanks to the USDA Certification and high drainage rate. Thanks SynLawn!

I saw a fake grass wall at my local Top Golf and asked around about it knowing I needed the same sort of look for my hair salon. After contacting Synlawn they came out and installed this grass vertically on a few walls and partitions which really set the design of the room off. When our clientele visits it feels like they're walking into a rain forest thanks to Synlawn.

Our condo association reluctantly voted to have artificial grass installed on our building's roof with little fan fare or expectations. Needless to say, everyone has been blown away by the end result. The roof looks incredible and is now a place where we can kick off our shoes and fellowship with our neighbors. Who knew fake grass could look so realistic? I mean Okay, it's still fake grass, but WOW what a difference this made to our front lawn. I never understood why the turf styles were only fully green, 'cuz, who's grass is THAT perfect? Unless you really take a good look at this product, you can't tell it's not the real deal and we get comments all the time about it. Where did you get that? I want that too, they always say. We say, it's SYNLAWN baby!

After years and years of struggling to maintain my yard I finally threw in the towel, and I am so happy that I did! I only wish I would have found this synthetic grass sooner. I had no idea it could look THIS GOOD, but once I saw this in person, I knew my days struggling in the yard with fertilizer and seeding and WEEDS, OMG the WEEDS. Holy cow, we are so stoked with our new Blue turf that my wife and I are constantly bragging to our friends and family about it. Not only do we spend more time outdoors, we are actually able to have everyone over for cookouts and fellowship. If you close your eyes, kick off your shoes and let the grass between your toes you will not believe how soft this really is. Then when you open your eyes, you won't believe how gorgeous this really looks. I absolutely love it, and the colors blend in with the natural surroundings perfectly. I live in the Sunshine State and the grass grows here, well, everywhere except under the big oak tree in our backyard. It rains here for months at a time and we often have "Lake Burton," a giant mud puddle in our yard after a good rain storm. We weren't sure how this would work, but the synlawn team did a fantatic installation job and now there's no more mud. It's amazing and we are super pleased.

We selected the Fescue 100 product for installation in common areas around a luxury hotel and resort here is Las Vegas and the transformation was impressive. The overall look and feel was top notch and our guests seem to love it too. A great product for commercial use in my opinion and we will continue working with SYNlawn in the future.

My hubby and I spend a great deal of time chasing after tee times, but we decided we wanted to give each other a sweet sweet putting green to each other for our anniversary this year and we are so happy we did. Now we can step outside and practice our short game any time we want to. It's been great and this classic putting green material performs like the real thing, so it's been an amazing improvement for both of us.

One of my biggest weaknesses is my putts over 20 feet or more, I would just always miss them. This sounds crazy but I had a 50 foot strip of the classic putt installed along the backside of our house to help me and I'm happy to say I've at least hit a few of the longer putts I would always miss and I have synLawn to thank!

Looks much better than alternative synthetic lawns - passers-by could be excused for thinning it was real grass. 1 inch thick thatch provides good cushioning. The specs for this grass says it does not require infill and that is probably a fair statement; though the long blades do tend to stay down rather than bounce back in areas where you might have stood for a few minutes. Having just purchased this product my review is limited not knowing how it will stand up over time.

We own two large dogs and for years we fought with trying to keep our backyard looking green and clean. Since we had SYNLawn installed the cleaning of waste is easier, no muddy areas. Over all much more hygienic then before. Dealing with Chesapeake Bay Synthetic Landscapes was also wonderful experience. I recently had my synlawn (SYNTipede 214) installed by Chesapeake bay Synthetic Landscapes. Now my back yard is no longer muddy or soggy. We just had a complete nightfall and day of rain and it still is not feeling "wet", I walk on it barefoot and the kids play on it having tons of fun. I am so excited at the prospects of being able to have a normal summer with outside play, pool time and running through the sprinklers without getting muddy. My favorite features are, it is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, (so green and pretty), soft for the kids to play, easy to maintain, no chemicals needed to maintain it, and the drainage which is essential while living in a wet zone. I highly recommend this for anyone with a small or large yard who are just tired of spending endless amounts of money trying to maintain a regular lawn.

We have had our product now for over a month, and I am unbelievably happy with it. I was hesitant to splurge on this product for our dog run, but after quite a bit of consideration and research into other options, we went for it!! My dogs are so happy, and more importantly.... NO MORE MUD IN THE HOUSE!!!! I can let the dogs use the doggy door as they please without worrying about the weather! I have one particularly naughty puppy, so I was not sure that it would hold up to his digging tendencies, but the install is so thorough that he hasn't even tried to mess with it.

i just completed my grass installation today and I could not be happier. Installation was straight forward and went smoothly. My new yard looks great and the dogs love it. They were laying on and rolling in the grass before I was even done My installation included 3 areas, two were 15x8 and one was 3x20. I chose the Syntipede 354 because I have 2 dogs but the main reason for redoing my yard was for the landscaping. I'm excited to have grass that doesn't need to be mowed or watered.

We have had our product now for about 45 days and we are completely happy with it. We live in a condo association with a very small fenced back yard and it was always difficult to mow and trim in such a small area. Of course when you hear that you're thinking it's just salesman talk, but in this case, I fully believe it. We put this grass in a high-traffic common area and it has performed beautifuly. We are using this product at a multi-use event facility that hosts all kinds of community events including weddings and art shows. This has been an absolute blessing as it suits the needs of our community on so many levels. Not only does it look great, the cleanup and maintenance is a Godsend. My school replaced the old dirt, gravel, mulch play surface with this playground grass and the results were immediately noticiable. We used to get at least 1 injury a day with kids having to visit the nurse. Now its more like once every other week. Cannot recommend this product highly enough.
